WHAT I DO
Administration
I handle email and calendar management, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely communication. I organize and maintain database CRM, conduct research, and manage client interactions professionally. I also oversee workflow optimization using tools like HubSpot and Monday.com, ensuring efficient task coordination and documentation.
Marketing
I create and manage social media content using Canva and Figma, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. I execute email marketing campaigns through Vision 6 and HubSpot, track performance metrics, and refine strategies for better outreach. Additionally, I assist in content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement to enhance brand visibility and customer retention.
Accounting
I am proficient in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and invoicing, ensuring accurate financial records. I manage accounts payable and receivable, process superannuation, and generate financial reports using Xero. My attention to detail ensures compliance with financial regulations and timely payments.
